This workshop is designed to teach bondage fundamentals. We’ll focus on the following skills:

Single column ties
Double column ties
Chest Harness (2-rope)
Futomomo
Simple and efficient ties

This workshop is designed to take novice level partners to beginner suspension level. We’ll focus on the following skills:
Safe line management
Chest Harnesses
Partial Suspensions
Pre-requisites
While this workshop is designed for novice levels, to get the most out of it you should have familiarity with the following:
Non slipping single column
A chest harness that includes the arms (“TK”). We’ll cover a TK in this class, but you should be familiar with the basic components of a TK.
You do not have to have experience in suspension to participate. This workshop is designed to get you off the ground.
